Comes The Matrix ...

We begin the transformation of the egg shape into a Ducallier by choosing which kind of " matrix " we will be using for the art piece.

 

For example, this commissioned Ducallier is the "Dominion" and has a mottled green matrix, being embelished with ruby-pink roses and is trimmed in woven gold and brilliances.
