These are examples of Ducallier replicas using the egg matrix that takes months to build.

Many times while carving out the egg shape on these gemstones - they can shatter into smaller sizes - the size of hens eggs (2 inch) and, never-the-less, we will build smaller Ducalliers, on special request, or use them for the "Surprise" that is traditional with Imperial style Presentation eggs.

A commissioned Ducallier gemstone matrix is usually ten (10") to thirteen (13") inches tall as are those Ducallier made of precious metals - silver, platinum or gold.

We can smelt the gold to various colours, green gold, red gold, and a wide array of other colours.

Since we work mostly with goose - 4 inch or ostrich eggs from 7 to 13 inches, our precious metal and semi-precious gemstone matrix are of the same measure.

Our artisans build these museum quality Ducalliers using precious and semi-precious gems such as diamonds, rubies, sapphires, emeralds, alexanderite, and natural matched pearls, with 22 to 24 carat gold, or platinum or silver embellishments which then is mounted on a beautiful base, some with music boxes, ready for you or a loved one or friend to enjoy.
