REGULAR SHIPPING   Either Canada-Postal Service Media Mail or Parcel Post (depending on what is shipped).  Usually 7-10 days from the date-of-shipment, but allow up to three weeks for delivery.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:  Either Canada-Postal Service Priority Mail or FedEx Express, UPS or Dash. (depending on what is shipped).  Allow up to 5 delivery days from the date-of-shipment.

ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO SHIPPING:  Canada Postal Service Priority Mail. 

CANADA-AIR SHIPPING International:  First-Class Air.  Allow up to 3 weeks from the date-of-shipment.  Usually orders arrive within 2 weeks, but they are occasionally delayed at customs.

OUTSIDE OF CANADA - USA SHIPPING:  Via Canada Post.  Allow up to 3 weeks from the date-of- shipment.   Occasionally shipments are delayed at customs.
