How long does it take you to send an original painting?
Original paintings are shipped within 24 hours if they are in our Studio - they may be at an Art Gallery which will have to release back to us.Please note that some of the Works-Master's original paintings are on exhibit in galleries world-wide, but are still available for sale.
In this event, we will contact you with a more exact time frame for shipment.
It is advisable to contact us before purchasing an original watercolour painting, to check availability (it may be on loan to an art gallery).
How long does it take you to send Limited Edition Prints?
Our Studio works on the "Just-In-Time" business model and we produce the ordered item accordingly, although at times, we may have the requested limited edition prints in stock, they will be shipped within 24 hours.If the items are not in stock - we will schedule them in our production manifest.
It normally takes about 14 working days to produce the order and have it signed, numbered and shipped.

How long does shipping take?
Regular Parcel Airmail takes from 5 to 21 days, depending upon your global location countries / customs and postal service.About 10 days - Canada and Mexico
About 12 days - Europe
About 14 days - Central America - South America
About 16 days - Australia, New Zealand and Pan-Pacific
About 21 days - Asia, Russia and Baltic conuntries

What does shipping cost?
Shipping can be expensive.Please allow for this when ordering.
The average cost of shipping in the Canada will vary and we use most of the time flate-rate insured.
To Europe (approximately Eur 19.00 ).
The good news is that this shipping rate applies to orders of up to 12 prints.

This is because packages are shipped on their volumetric size, not their weight.
What is the cost of shipping for more than one print?
If you order any limited edition print or standard size painting, you can add further prints with no additional shipping cost. FREE!You pay for shipping only on the first limited edition print - up to a maximum of 6 additional limited edition prints.
How do you package original paintings and/or limited edition prints?
Unframed watercolour paintings and limited edition prints are packaged in the same way.They are packed flat (not rolled), between 2 thick pieces of polystyrene and hard-board.
In this way they are protected against damage.
How do you ship limited edition paintings larger than standard size?
All original watercolour paintings are shipped to museum standards packing.Please contact us for a specific quote for your location.
Is there a handling fee?
Handling and packaging are factored into the price of shipping.
Will my parcel be insured?
Yes, Insurance is automatically included in the price.In the unlikely event of a painting / prints or item being damaged or stolen in transit, you will receive a full refund or replacement of your order through the shipper (Carrier).
Will I have to pay taxes or duties?
This varies from country to country and also depends upon the value of your order.Please contact your country's Customs and Excise Department for further information
What happens if I don't like the painting, limited editions print or item when I see it?
You can return an original painting within 14 days if you are in any way dissatisfied with it.You, however, will not be able to claim any custom fees (if applicable) or shipping costs on this returns claim.
